Qualia CIH Inc., together with its officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, assumes no liability — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, financial loss, or other harm allegedly arising from any information, assessment, recommendation, written program, or service provided by Qualia CIH Inc., whether provided through this website, in written reports, or discussed during consultations. All services are advisory only; the client retains full responsibility for evaluating, implementing, and maintaining any recommended controls, programs, or corrective actions, and assumes all risk associated with their use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qualia CIH Inc.'s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Qualia CIH Inc. and its personnel from third-party claims arising from the client's use of, or failure to act upon, the services provided.
